Thank you for shopping with iliabeauty. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact us at powereangerx55@gmail.com as soon as possible. After 24 hours, we may have already begun processing or shipping your order, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at powereangerx55@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, please notify us immediately, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement.
