Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days. After processing, shipping usually takes between 7 to 15 business days to arrive. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or an incorrect product was sent. In such cases, please contact us at powereangerx55@gmail.com for assistance and instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order. To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly at powereangerx55@gmail.com. After this period, orders that are already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
